Aquanatal is a safe and effective way to exercise during pregnancy. This class combines a cardio-vascular workout with stretching and breathing techniques.
The class is fun, relaxing and frees you from the weight of your pregnancy. Its a great way to maintain pre pregnancy fitness levels.
Regular Aquanatal classes has many benefits such as:
- Maintaining pre pregnancy fitness levels.
- Helps with back pain.
- Reduces stress and anxiety and helps with insomnia.
- Helpful in improving glycaemic control in women with gestational diabetes.
In most cases, exercise is safe for both mother and fetus during pregnancy and women should therefore be encouraged to initiate or continue exercising to derive the health benefits associated with such activities. (RCOG,Statement 4)
This class is taken by a qualified and practising Midwife and fitness Instructor.
Time is given within this class to relax. There is also time to ask any necessary questions.

Price £48.00 for a 6 week Course. After 35 weeks gestation £8.00 per week.
